Our goal is to identify “Yellow Flags“—like failing sealants or foundation issues—before they become catastrophic emergencies. While we don’t cover the cost of a new furnace, we ensure the structural environment it lives in is sound.
It shouldn’t. While we use interior square footage as a general guide, our stewardship focus is on the “Building Envelope”—the roof, siding, and foundation. We recognize that a finished basement does not increase the amount of gutters we flush or windows we wash, so we price based on the actual above ground exterior footprint of your home.
Every membership begins with an initial home audit led by an experienced PlusOne Project Manager. During this visit, we utilize specialized exterior measurement technology (like Hover) to capture the exact linear footage of your gutters and the specific surface area of your home’s “skin”. This ensures your rate is fair and based on the physical reality of your property, not a generic online listing.
All precise measurements and visual findings from our audits are uploaded to your Digital Home Health Vault.
