Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections of residential roofs. Utilizing your keen eye for detail to identify signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern.
- Assisting homeowners in the insurance claims process by accurately documenting and reporting damage. Ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Fostering positive connections with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire restoration process..
- Utilizing communication skills to guide homeowners, helping them make informed decisions.
Experience:
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – We will train!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Must have valid drivers license and vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be comfortable walking on roofs up to two stories high
- Strong attention to detail
